The Million Mamas Manifesto is a public declaration by mothers to address the acts of cruelty and inhumanity being inflicted upon mothers, children, and families with the denial and dismissing of mother’s wisdom and parental rights.

~ Mothers and children are not separated at the border nor charged as criminals
~ Mother’s rights are inviolate
~ Taking care of the children begins with prioritizing maternal care
~ Air is clean and the water pure
~ Our land is not poisoned with pesticides and chemicals
~ Food is free of genetically modified organisms
~ Gentle birth is encouraged
~ Breastfeeding is supported
~ Healthy family relationships are rooted in connection
~ Paid family leave extends beyond 6-weeks
~ Parents decide what goes into their children’s bodies, not the government
~ Medical interventions and procedures are NOT decided by the government and governing agencies
~ Single mothers are empowered to have financial freedom so they live above the poverty line
~ Girls and women have freedom over their bodies
~ Girls receive education globally
~ Women have economic independence
~ Gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation is self-determined
~ the justice system is JUST
~ Rehabilitation is chosen before incarceration
~ Girls, women, and mother’s health is a priority over profit
~ Social, emotional, compassionate parenting education is provided to all parents, caregivers, and teachers
~ Education inspires children to think creatively and originally
~ Men are empowered and encouraged to be an integral part of caring for the women and children, providing a container of love, support, and action
~ a world where care and concern for humanity overrides political and economic agendas and gain
~ a world where Parental Rights supersedes political agendas and government intervention bar none
~ a world where legislation ensures that every woman and child are safe, fed, housed, clothed, loved, educated, and celebrated .. Address one, we address the others.
