1. In 1982, the 4 major drug manufacturers, Merck, Wyeth, Lederle, and Connaught threatened to stop selling vaccines in America unless granted Immunity Liability.
2. In 2011, the Supreme Court granted drug companies Liability Immunity. When a child is vaccine injured, the drug companies have no liability.
3. In 1986, The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (NCVIA or Act) was created. It is a no-fault compensation program alternative to allow parents to pursue vaccine injury cases through filing a “petition.”. Here’s the process.
4. In the the US Supreme Court case of Brueswitz vs. Wyeth, the court declared that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe.
5.  Since 1989, more than $3 billion dollars has been paid out for vaccine injuries. The MMR vaccine was responsible for more cash settlements paid out by the U S government’s Vaccine Court in 2014 than any other vaccine.
6. GlaxoSmithKline, the world leader in manufacturing influenza vaccines plead guilty in 2012 to $3 billion in criminal charges.
7. Every 11 minutes, a child in the US is diagnosed with autism.
8.  Autism is now diagnosed 1/45 school aged children between 5-18.
9. In 2016, it is projected that 1/20 children will be diagnosed autistic.
10. It is projected that by 2032, 1/2 of all children will be autistic, 80% of these children will be boys.
11. The World Vaccine market in 2015 is estimated to be worth $27.6 billion; $45.1 billion by 2022.
12. Vaccine Ingredients include an overload of aluminum, trace amounts of mercury, Aborted Fetal cells, GMOs, aluminum.
13. There has NEVER been a gold standard double blind safety study that collectively tested all the vaccines
14. When we allow our kids to be vaccinated, we are agreeing to a medical experiment, for the results of long term health consequences are unknown.
15. Vaccines are considered biologic products and therefore do not have to be tested the way Viagra is.
16. The CDC recommends that pregnant women get vaccinated before, during and after pregnancy, including receiving the influenza vaccine which contains 25 mcg of Mercury.

19. SB277 denies a child entering kinder or 7th grade the right to a private or public school education unless fully vaccinated according to the CDC mandated schedule.
20. As of 2012, California Gov. Jerry Brown, made it legal for 12 year olds to receive Gardasil, known to cause severe reactions, sterility and deaths, without their parent’s consent.
21. Scientists Anthony Samsel and Stephanie Seneff recently uncovered that certain vaccines have been contaminated by Glyphosate, the toxic, weed killer ingredient, in Monsanto’s Roundup: MMR, Varicella (chicken pox), Zostavax (shingles), Proquad (MMR, rubella, varicella),  Fluzone Quad (flu vaccine) and Hepatitis B (B Energix-B). (added 9/16)
